At The Kepic, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return or exchange your item under the terms below.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please use a reliable local courier (standard service) and keep proof of postage until we confirm receipt.
- Items must be returned within 4–7 days of receiving your order (including transit time). Products must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Items showing wear, damage, or scent will be declined and sent back.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- For a size exchange, please clearly mention the required size in your email request.
- For faulty items, email info@thekepic.com with a brief description and clear photos. In some cases, a return may not be required—our team will advise.
- Faulty item claims must be made within 4–7 days of delivery. Claims after this period may be considered normal wear and tear and may not qualify.
- The return parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until received and verified by our warehouse.
- Once your return is processed, we’ll notify you of the outcome and next steps.
- Exchanges dispatch via standard delivery and can only be made up to the original order value.
- A Rs. 250 service charge applies on all exchanges (including during sale periods).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale/Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 2–4 business days; during peak/sale periods, allow 6–8 business days.
- For Debit/Credit Card refunds, we initiate within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account.
We reserve the right to return items to you if they do not meet the above criteria. If a requested replacement is unavailable, The Kepic may issue a refund or store credit equal to the product’s original value.
