  • Stock: All items are subject to availability. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and may offer an alternative or provide a full refund.

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & OWNERSHIP

Completion of the online checkout process does not constitute legal acceptance of your order. Our acceptance occurs only when we dispatch the products to you.

  • All products remain the property of The Kepic until full payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

8. SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL DUTIES

  • Customs and Taxes: Products are sold on a "Delivery Duty Unpaid" basis. You may be responsible for import duties, customs fees or local taxes based on your shipping destination.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery.
  • Modifications: Changes to orders can only be entertained if the order has not yet been dispatched.
